I’ve had brakes changed, exhaust pipe repaired, thermostat replaced with a clear understanding of all costs, effort and timings to get this done. Email and phone calls are responded to promptly. In my view, Sid, Emma and the rest of the team put the customer first and understand if the car is needed back for the school run, it will be ready.

Absolutely Incredible Mechanic that I Highly Recommended! Not just saying it for the sake of... read more it. I genuinely have to say this company is incredible. I own a black Renault Twingo 2010, and ever since I bought it, it has never felt this nice to drive, until now. I recently moved from London to Market Harborough and decided to try this garage, and I am so glad I did. My car now drives smoother than ever, the steering feels light and precise, the brakes work perfectly, and even the handbrake was fixed without me even asking for it. It wasn’t even mentioned on the MOT, but they went above and beyond to sort it anyway, I know because it felt loose before but not feels very nice. What really amazed me is that they did all this for about half the price I used to pay at various mechanics in London, where, in hindsight, I realise I was definitely getting ripped off. After driving for over 10 years with no accidents and always looking after my car, it’s clear I’ve finally found an honest, skilled mechanic who genuinely cares about doing the job properly. The whole experience is brilliant. The receptionist is extremely friendly and kind, and to top it off, they even have a lovely dog in the office, Hero, well did when I went there... which just makes the place feel even more welcoming. I can honestly say this is the best mechanic I’ve ever been to, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you want your car looked after properly by good, honest people, this is the place to go.
